Welcome to the 2008 Family Summit Teen Program.

We hope you are as excited as we are to spend a week with your family and summit friends in Oregon.

Plan on hiking to alpine lakes that reflect a view of Mt. Hood, exploring waterfalls, rafting some of the most popular whitewater in America, working with other teens through group challenge courses and rock climbing, spending a night camping in the Columbia River Gorge and a whole week learning about the geology, plants and animals of northwestern Oregon.

We need you to fill out an enrollment form for each teen in the program. Click HERE to view and download our fill-in form in Word format. Please fill in the form for each teen in the program and then email it to us at teens@familysummits.org. We will be using this information to arrange our classes and to ensure that we do our best to meet the needs of each Summiteer. If you have trouble with the form in Word format, you can click HERE to download it in PDF. If you are unable to email the form back to us, you can fax it to 949-743-2567.

Click HERE to see a basic schedule of the weeks’ activities for the Teen Adventure group (ages 16 to 18). Included with the schedules are lists of some of the items you will need throughout the week. You may want to print a copy and bring it with you to the Summit.

As you get ready to pack, besides the items you would normally need for a trip, plan on bringing clothes appropriate for summer mountain weather (hot, cold, wet, dry), a day pack and water bottle, a sleeping bag and pad, and of course your camera.
