Thank you to all the Lake Tahoe Summit Volunteers!

As Volunteer Coordinator, I am continually amazed by the dedication of our Summiteers and your willingness to help in countless ways.   I think that almost everyone stopped by the volunteer table on registration day to see how they could lend a hand!   This year, I even had Junior Naturalists and Teens volunteering their time, in addition to many of the Young Adults who took on substantial volunteer roles.  Again, all areas were covered by our volunteers in the white scarves; childcare, hike assistance, office and Summit store work, Green Lifestyles Evening, slide show work, van driving and countless other jobs that cropped up during the week.  You can see pictures of a few of our volunteers from the 2010 Summit below.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped in so many ways, and I will look forward to working with all of you again at the the 2011 Family Nature Summit at the YMCA of the Ozarks!
