Housing at the 2009 Summit Silver Bay offers a variety of accommodations for its members and guests. Visit www.silverbay.org for more details on the accommodations. Contact the YMCA directly at (518) 543-8833 to reserve your housing. The Inn, overlooking Lake George, is the historic centerpiece of campus with a gracious front porch and large attractive lobby areas invite guests to linger in the building's architectural beauty. The Inn has 98 rooms and can hold a maximum of 296guests. Paine Hall is a Victorian home overlooking the Silver Bay campus. Rooms can accommodate up to five people with a shared bath for every 3-4 rooms. Paine Hall has 17 rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 51 guests. Hepbron Hall has stunning views across the Silver Bay campus, all the way to the lake. Each room has its own sink and can accommodate two people. Shared bathrooms are located down the hall. Hepbron has 55 rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 110 people. Bayview Lodge has breath-taking views of Silver Bay and has private bathrooms, each with a variety of single and double beds. Bayview has 27 rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 81 people. Brookside Community House is ideal for families and rooms even come with bunk beds for the kids! There is a common area that features a large stone fireplace, a piano, and conversation nooks and every two rooms share a bath. Trinity House has a library and common room. Rooms are uniquely outfitted with antique Adirondack furniture. Hemlock has rooms open to the outdoors and showers down the hall. Every two rooms share a toilet and a sink. Hemlock has 24 rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 72 people. Spengler is a dorm-style building. Each room has two single beds and a sink and central bathrooms are down the hall. Spengler has 28 rooms and can accommodate up to 56 guests. Hilltop Lodge: This spacious 2-floor lodge sits on one of the highest points on the Silver Bay campus. All rooms have two single beds - although most rooms can accommodate up to three with a cot. Shared bathrooms are on both floors. Room and Board at Silver Bay YMCA:
All rates are per night per adult per night and include overnight accommodations (price varies), membership ($18/adult/night, $9/child/night), meals ($34/adult/night, $17/child/night) and 5% gratuity. For children ages 6 – 17 simply deduct $27.00 per night. Children 5 and under are free.
